What does Ground Rise Build actually do versus the builder?

We're the project manager working for you. We plan the job, run competitive bids, hire and coordinate the trades, control the budget and schedule, and document quality — while keeping you informed in real time. The licensed builders and trades we coordinate do the physical building under our management.

How do I follow my project?

Through your client dashboard, any time. It shows budget, schedule, quality milestones, photo updates, and any pending change orders. You'll always know where things stand without making a single phone call.

What if costs change mid-project?

Nothing moves forward without your approval. Change orders are priced and sent to you first, and the budget on your dashboard updates the moment anything changes — so there are no end-of-project surprises.
